Vinification: the pressing of the grapes is soft and the alcoholic fermentation with maceration on the skins at a controlled temperature of 28 ° c lasts 12 days. After malolactic fermentation, the wine matures first in large oak barrels for 6 months and then in vitrified cement tanks. After bottling it refines for 6-8 months.

Organoleptic notes: the color is bright intense red. It has a full-bodied bouquet with a prevalence of spicy notes. Its flavor is enveloping with clear sensations of black pepper. It has a good aromatic persistence, with elegant and fine tannins.

Pairings: excellent companion of soups based on legumes, it is also perfect with red meat dishes and with tasty cheeses of medium seasoning.

How to serve it: it expresses the best of itself in a medium-sized glass and served at a temperature of 18 ° c
