PRODUCTION TECHNIQUE:collection in cassettes. Dispersal, cold maceration of the skins with the must (4°C). Gentle pressing of the berries and very slow fermentation, thermocontrolled. Cold bottling and bottle aging for 4 months.
COLOR:straw yellow with greenish reflections.
PERFUME:enveloping, intense with characteristic notes of white flowers.
FLAVOR:fresh, full, persistent.
BOTTLE:75 cl – 12.5% Vol. Service temperature: 9°C.
MATCHING:Ideal to accompany seafood appetizers and fish dishes. Excellent with vegetable tabulè and fish cous cous.
